 Membership Fees

An annual Membership fee of £17.00  from 1st April 2008 (Club membership  ASA membership and London Region) is collected at the beginning of April each year apart from new joiners when this amount is due immediately and is reduced accordingly throughout the year. Level 2 competitive membership for junior  and senior squad members is £30.00 (£20.50 of which is ASA membership and London Region).  

 

Fees for teaching will be set at £60 per quarter plus £17 non-competitive annual membership.  We will continue to offer a discount to those who pay by regular monthly standing order payments which will be £17 per month (+ the annual membership fee).  We will also now be offering a discount of £9 per quarter to those who pay their fees before the due by date each quarter, which will be notified in the renewal letter.

 

We will continue the Family Discount Rate which was re-introduced in January 2008, whereby the third and subsequent children (who are in the teaching section) in a family will receive half price swimming fees provided they are paid by regular monthly standing order (£8.50 per month) or in full (£25.50) before the due by date each quarter.  There is no discounted rate for the annual membership fee.  Further details are available on request.

Please note that this discount is only applicable if the fees are paid in advance before the new quarter starts.

 

Fees for the squads will be as follows: 

 

Primary Squad - £75 per quarter + £17 non-competitive annual membership fee (discounted to £22 per month + £17 annual membership fee if paid by regular standing order payments)

 

Junior Squad - £90 per quarter + £30 competitive annual membership fee (discounted to £27 per month + £30 annual membership fee if paid by regular standing order payments)

 

Senior Squad - £115 per quarter + £30 competitive annual membership fee (discounted to £35 per month + £30 annual membership fee if paid by regular standing order payments)

 

Masters Squad - £57.50 + £17/£30 annual membership fee (discounted to £17.50 per month + annual membership fee if paid by regular standing order payments)

 

 

Should any parent wish to discuss any matter regarding the payment of fees, ie any financial difficulty they may have, whether temporary or long term, please contact the Club on 07948 120 185.  We have a confidential process whereby a meeting can be arranged with committee representatives to attempt to workout a satisfactory payment plan.  The meeting will be confidential but will be documented.  All such arrangements are agreed on an individual case basis and will be confirmed in writing.

 

IMPORTANT!!  It is the total responsibility of the member or parent/carer to ensure that if there is a fee change (whether that be for a change of squad or a general price increase)  that the standing order is amended to avoid running into arrears with your fees !!!!!!!
