Membership Fees

Please note that due to an increase in the pool hire charges, it has been necessary to increase our fees from the April 2011 quarter.

Teaching Section Fees

Fees for teaching (at Southbury and those swimmers who swim in the 1 hour ADV2 classes at Edmonton) will be set at £70 per quarter plus £22 non-competitive annual membership.  This is discounted to £60 per quarter to those who pay their fees before the due by date each quarter, this represents a saving of £10.00 on the full quarterly fees, the due by date will be notified in the renewal letter. We will continue to offer a discount to those who pay by regular monthly standing order payments which will be £20 per month (+ the annual membership fee).  

We will continue the Family Discount Rate which was re-introduced in January 2008, whereby the third and subsequent children (who are in the teaching section) in a family will receive half price swimming fees provided they are paid by regular monthly standing order (£10.00 per month) or in full (£30.00) before the due by date each quarter.  There is no discounted rate for the annual membership fee.  Further details are available on request.

Please note that this discount is only applicable if the fees are paid in advance before the new quarter starts or by monthly standing order.

Fees for teaching at Edmonton for all ½ hour classes will be set at £65 per quarter plus £22 non-competitive annual membership.  This is discounted to £54 per quarter to those who pay their fees before the due by date each quarter, this represents a saving of £11.00 on the full quarterly fees, the due by date will be notified in the renewal letter. We will continue to offer a discount to those who pay by regular monthly standing order payments which will be £18 per month (+ the annual membership fee).

Should any parent wish to discuss any matter regarding the payment of fees, ie any financial difficulty they may have, whether temporary or long term, please contact the Club on 07948 120 210.  We have a confidential process whereby a meeting can be arranged with committee representatives to attempt to workout a satisfactory payment plan.  The meeting will be confidential but will be documented.  All such arrangements are agreed on an individual case basis and will be confirmed in writing.

IMPORTANT!!  It is the total responsibility of the member or parent/carer to ensure that if there is a fee change (whether that be for a change of squad or a general price increase)  that the standing order is amended to avoid running into arrears with your fees.
